First of all I want to welcome you all to your home away from home, your little piece of paradise where you are always welcome with open arms.

I want to thank you for accepting me in your circle, I’m very proud and honored to be considered your friend and service provider.

My phones and e-mail are always open to answer your questions and doubts on personal and social interests such as agencies of public service: Federal, State, and Municipal levels and what to expect from each and everyone of them. I want to remind you that you have the same rights as a Mexican citizen, that’s why it’s called public service without exceptions to that rule. Don’t let yourself be intimidated by anyone that may suggest otherwise.

I recomend that you carry my phone numbers with you at all times and feel free to call me any time day or night if you have any questions or feel you are being harrased by law enforcement or if your rights are being violated or feel intimidated. I served in the State Tourist Police in the past, serving the community and even though I am now retired from the force, I am still on your side as an Official Expert Translator appointed by the Supreme Court of the State of Nayarit.

Guayabitos Office in same modules as State Police and Ministerio Publico

Emergency Medical Services, Ambulance and medical staff for emergency dispatch; drownings, accidents with injuries at home, on the road or public domain, animal attacks, wild animals in your property like: crocodiles, snakes, bees etc. If you feel you have a medical emergency.

Policia Estatal Investigadora (State Investigative Police)

Located by Proteccion Civil at entrance to Guayabitos on right side.

To report burglaries, disturbances, suspicious activities and any Police related issues.

Policia Estatal Turistica (State Tourist Police)

Same functions as State Police and should have bilingual agents. If they don´t you can request my services.

Ministerio Público (District Attorney, Rincon de Guayabitos)

Same location as State Police in Guayabitos.

To file a formal complaint on burglaries and any crimes against your person and /or personal property. To file a formal complaint against anyone who violates your individual constitutional rights and if you feel threatened.
